Check your spam folder for an email from ABK Studio. If it's not there after 10 minutes, email support with your order id or checkout email and we'll resend.

My download link expired.

Links are valid for 24 hours. Email support and we'll issue a fresh one.

Can I get a refund?

See our refund policy. Free guides don't require purchase, so no refund is needed.

What format are the files?

All products are delivered as PDF unless the product page states otherwise (some include companion templates).
